This guy is a fantastic players coach. He’s gonna be very positive for lakers

He’s been to 5 straight finals. 4 with cavs and 1 with raptors

Phil is a great guy. He’s one of the coaches I admired the most when I played ball. He pushes players to the limit, expects a lot, is stern yet fair, and focuses on individual weaknesses to strengthen.

You guys have quietly amassed an elite coaching staff. He’s a true players coach through and through.

I played for NCA&T, but Coach Phil and I crossed paths on the West Coast for several different camps/tournaments. He loved working on ball handling and dribble penetration drills with players.
