Camp fodder. Every single year people overreact at these signings like they're **** meant to be legit moves.

Every single team signs 3-4 guys to camp deals to help them with numbers in the scrimmages and stuff like that and they get waived one after the other until the guys with guaranteed contracts are the only ones who remain on the team on opening night.

This isn't even worth a thread.

John Stockton probably called Rob to say, sign my son and I’ll give free lessons to Cook, Daniels and Carusso on how to properly execute the pick and roll. But seriously, I wish they would sign a mobile 6-5 to 6-8 guy who can shoot and defend SFs even for just scrimmages, I mean who is actually covering Lebrt right now, KCP and who?.... Daniels? Cook? another PG? Seriously?

He means we have a worse PG fetish than NY has for PF's.

We have Rondo, Caruso, Bradley, Cook, Stockton, Demetrious Jackson, Zach Norvell as PG's on the extended roster currently.

Some of them will be cut, that's a given.

It's not PG fetish but sons of legends fetish.

They hired sons of George Karl, Bill Walton, Gary Payton, Jerry West's son as executive, and now John Stockton's offspring.
And not just sons, didn't they acquire Giannis' brother too? Heck maybe that is the reason why lebron came here bec in a few years, they will draft Bronny too.

He looked decent... Not afraid to shoot and his shot fell some. Thought Jackson looked a lot more 'ready' though...

Figuring Rondo, Cook, Bradly and Caruso aren't going anywhere... I have Jackson on the bubble and Stockton on the outside looking in.

Jackson wasn't afraid of anything out there. He showed some explosiveness. He's got the athletic ability but not the seasoning to know what to do with it. Stockton is a reach to me... a big one.

Jackson on the bubble? Lakers already have a full roster, all these guys are basically just getting a nice salary bonus ahead of going to South Bay.
