Exactly. Cook has chip experience. And will unclog the lane for bron etc

I still hate Dwight Howard though... Every time they show his face, it irritates me...

I'm confident that, as long as he can keep his immaturity / dipsh*ttery in check, he's going to be solid for us.

If Cook keeps playing like this, I can totally see him in the closing lineup for some games.

I know how you feel.

I want to root for any Laker, no matter who they are, but I think I have some PTSD when it comes to Dwight, where one bad decision similar to the million bad decisions he made in 2013 brings up a lot of past emotions for me. That said, as long as he keeps his mouth shut and keeps playing his role, I hope that my PTSD and hatred towards him will go away.

It seems LeBron fixed his free throws. Never seen them look that good in his career. Fluid motion from bent knees and up, great arch. Keep it up!!!

I think being down on Caruso not steamrolling through the preseason as a playmaker would be like getting mad at Derek Fisher for not carrying the team when Kobe missed a game. That's just not who he is. To me he's a Patrick Beverly or Dfish with better offense.

With this roster the offense must run through Lebron and AD. Despite AD scoring a ton when he's out there, I dont think we feature him enough. I need to see him operate at a high percentage with those iso perimeter moves he drilled all summer with Jrue Holiday. If Davis can't dominate the game on offense a la Dirk Nowitski style, I dont think we stand a chance to close out a big game in the playoffs. At least not with this roster construction.

Give it a rest! Caruso is likely 3rd on the depth chart where he belongs. He's neither the best PG defender nor the best 3 point shooting PG on the team. It boggles my mind why people continue to use stats from 1/3 of a season to make the assertions you've made.

And the best defensive pg on the roster in your opinion is who? I never said he was the best 3pt shooting pg on the roster???

The best PG defender b a good margin is KCP. Last year he has some of the best numbers vs PGs on defense. HE can press them full court no problem and has active hands.

If he keeps playing like this, he may be our starting PG.

If Cook can make plays like that.. yeah. I thought he was strictly a shooter with limited passing ability and bad D.

PG: Bradley (24)/ Cook (24)
SG: Green (22)/ KCP (26)
SF: LeBron (20)/ Kuzma (20)/ Green (8)
PF: Davis (24)/ LeBron (14)/ Kuzma (10)/
C: McGee (18)/ Howard (20)/ Davis (10)

That to me should be our 9 man rotation. If you want to add another guy in there, take some minutes away from KCP and Bradley and go with Caruso.

I know it's pre-season but this is awesome.
