Caruso officially scored more points than KCP and hasn't jacked up a dumb momentum killer yet. That's a win in my book.

I feel sooo much better about the season after seeing what the team looks like with AD at the 5.

It's a lot easier to look athletic when there's actually space on the court to operate. Pretty much all of the "Lebron looks really old!" talk was just because the Lakers were playing bad lineups with awful spacing so Lebron had nowhere to go. He looks bouncier right now than he did last season.

Against the vast majority (maybe all) of the NBA the Lakers best lineups are going to have AD at the 5.

Gobert low key gets a ton of calls, didn’t realize refs were so kind to him.

KCP needs to fire his shooting coach.

Agreed. The third quarter has been like night and day for LeBron compared to the 6 previous quarters. He's attacking the rim like we are used to him doing. I was so tired of watching him play like a passive wuss. McGee just gets in the way.

Man I hope Kuz is back soon. The offense seems like it needs that 3rd scoring threat to balance out the offense.

I like what coach is doing. Continually searching for lineup fits and chemistry. Resting bron. Re-emphasizing defense. Etc

If Howard can't dunk it he shouldn't even try to shoot it...

Gotta give it to Vogel. His weird rotations are working lol. Btw luke is 0-2 and Ingram and ball are also 0-2.

Jazz got no chance with Ingles and Conley playing like 2 AAU players

Troy Daniels is deadly from the three. Still got it.

I completely forgot about Kuz for a moment there during this game. He will definitely be useful during those potential dry spells like we say in the 2nd Q.

Agree. Lineups so seem random at times, but I think we should cut Vogel some slack here. This is a brand new team and coaching staff. How long is camp these days anyway, 2 weeks?

It's 2 games, but I'd say KCP will have to earn his minutes back. I'm sure Daniels will go through a dry spell at some point.
Caruso has also been good on D, so really don't see KCP's role at this point.

Not surprising. He's a 40% career shooter from 3.... KCP is a 40% career shooter overall. KCP has a shooters rep by shooting 40% career. I've never understood his contracts. If I were Daniels I'd be pissed at what we've paid KCP in the last 3 years.

It's a relief to know that LeBron isn't washed.
