Lakers Role players

Post#1 » by LBC SoCal » Mon Oct 12, 2020 3:17 am

People gave us so much hate for supposedly having a weak roster outside of AD/LBJ, but our guys are legit.

KCP - he was critical. Our top 3 pt shooter, great defender, makes plays for others, hustles.

Rondo - unbelievable. This final game alone, attacks the rim, makes the offense flow smooth, defense.

Dwight - *go watch Denver series, enough said

Caruso - does everything. And homegrown to boot.

Markieff - defender, shoots threes.

I’m not saying our role players are all-time, but we are better than many teams in the playoffs. We were versatile, able to switch from “small ball” to half court, and anything inbetween. We can adjust better than any team in the league.

No way Boston, or Denver or Houston has better role players.

Well done Lakers, team effort, our role players really stepped up.

Next year, let’s develop Kostas and THT. I want to see more home grown successes.
