Just waive the pick already, the guy clearly has other things going on for him.
He wasn't the most active member of the league either.

If he comes back in a day or two he can have the first pick available if he wants it.
Eg. If we get to #8 when he comes back, I'll let him pick one player before I make my pick.

If we move on faster, than that's his loss I guess.
Usual picking period was 48 hrs, we had a gentlemen's agreement we're doing a 24 hr because of the impending start of the season, he had over 60 hrs already. Not like it's nazi move.

How about just the guys that may be directly affected? As in you, KJG, me and maybe Earl(picks 6, 7, 8 and 9).

I don't see why we should wait to hear from guys who don't even have a pick.
