Lebron James vs Bucks

;t=10s

This game and the Clippers one that came after made me feel like he had finally arrived as a Laker. I remember we started this game off in an awful way missing everything and the bucks getting it to double digits...It didn't look good but then i saw what i hadn't seen Lebron do since he got here. He looked extremely focused and motivated. I remember him locking Giannis up on multiple possessions and beating him 1 on 1 and i was shocked to be honest. I didn't think he had it in him anymore.

Just a good game to rewatch i must have watched this game like 10 times. Truly felt like this was the game where people felt this team was for real.

“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

Yeah the way he just completely turned it on during the Clippers game finally showed me he was hiding another gear and made the championship much more of a possibility. I wasn’t surprised by the bucks game at all to be honest, don’t rate them much.

If you ask LeBron, I think he found some more of that extra gear (balls) after Kobe. I didn’t think he’d man up KL and manhandle him. He was on a mission, a different LBJ than I’ve seen before.

Edit: Good digging, OP. He looks like he did against the Clips and in the playoffs in those highlights. I missed that game.

-^ I totally concur I didn't mention this before (bc we were still in it and didn't want to jinx it) but I felt Kobe (God rest his soul) his soul kinda felt like a Mamba layer over the team that everyone stepped up when it got time. Almost like an ether layer. It affected the coaching, Bron, Dwight, rondo, ad, kcp, Caruso, et al.
Not sure if this means Kobe will preside going forward in multiple years now as part of our aura or if it was just for coronayear2020
Kobe Bryant forever
GO LAKERS
8-)
I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated OKC Thunder as the 2025 NBA Champions. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.

If our opponents feared Kobe in the flesh; I’d be worried about him in ghost form. :-)
His vibe will forever lurk in that locker room. The legacy, the mystery, the impact, the fear. You could feel it hovering over the entire organization. His passing made them all work for something bigger than themselves.
