With or without Giannis, this is a good move. He has a lot of potential.

I would like to see him get more minutes. I think he can be a good back up for Gasol and Harrell.

Good addition. Young, athletic and unlike Harrel, he is tall enough to guard traditional centers. If he adds some muscle I'd love to see him in the RS for 10-15 mins.

I think with this we are done with the FA signings until someone w/ higher pedrigee is bought out.

This is a two way contract roster spot. We still have 2 spots to fill out.

The nice thing about kostas is that he is the latter part of the pau:marc analogy.

Giannis! The ball is in your court. His being cut, fired or continuing on is solely dependent upon your next move.

I get the nostalgia part but I don't see any value he can bring to our team. I would much rather try to get another SF or a highflyer at C position. Someone that can replace McGee, because he was good during the regular season and provided that energy many seem to undervalue but that is going to be much needed in order to get through the regular season and be ready for the playoffs.

Taj Gibson would be a nice addition. Can provide mentorship but can still contribute on the court.

Yes, but don't we have like room for just one free agent under the hard cap?

If yes, I'd bet that we won't sign anyone and preserve the space for the buyout market.

Yes! Give him minutes. He’s ready!

hm i would rather look for someone younger. We already have Gasol, if he would take him on our frontcourt would be kinda slow and unathletic on the center spot. Perhaps someone like Dewayne Dedmon could fill that role.

We may be waiting to see the aspect we need to reinforce after the season started to decide who we will sign for the last roster spot

We are still thin at the 5. We only have Gasol as a true center. Morris (or harrell?) being a small ball 5.

Kostas will see a lot of minutes I guess against teams with size e.g. 76ers, Nuggets, Pelicans, Blazers and even Timberwolves and Suns.

If he plays really well, he may earn that last spot for the playoff run.

Give Pau a 10 day contract to let him retire a lakers if no major injury hit us in the season.

I’d love Pau back for cheap, sure! I’d lock Kostas down to a real NBA contract soon, though. Kid’s gonna blow up.

If it had to be between he and Pau this season, I’d put my money on Kostas and sign Pau for a ten day. Then hire him as the Lakers’/Kostas’ personal big man coach.
