Can't be any worse than Trez on defense, so why not.

no

boogie is neither athletic or defensively inclined

this would be a trap signing

let the nets have him

After what he said about harden lol that ain’t happening.

Now I think people keep discounting the fact he would actually make the Warriors better

I'm firmly against bringing in Boogie. Let's be patient. Better opportunities will likely present themselves.

We may trade for Boogie with Mckinnie. This way, we still have 1 roster spot open for the best available player, whether it be Drummond, Ariza or any other player they think needed/fit.

Harrell will then be put mostly on the 3 spot and the 4 spot mainly and see very little minutes as a small ball 5. Very much like Kuz, Harrell was a poor paint defender. He was always late on help D and, with his lack of size, eaten alive by bigger centers. Putting him on the 3 or 4 spot will let us utilize his rebounding and athletic ability.

Btw, I still want Mo Bamba on this team. May not be this season, maybe next season.

Cousins is neither an athletic rim runner nor a rim protector. He doesn't solve any of LA's issues. He might be a good fit in Charlotte as they are not going anywhere and they desperately need a big who can catch passes.

My main problem with Boogie is he isn't as good as he used to be but he still does Boogie things... He's a double-tech waiting to happen and generally for absolutely no discernible reason... He just seems to randomly lose his **** and derail his team.

He did seem to have a good rapport with our guys though, so maybe it works... But I agree with Slava, even at his best, I don't think he addresses out main needs right now. But then again, I didn't think Howard would either.

He'd make a trade of Harrell possible.

Harrell probably the best realistic trade chip so I don't mind it.

Use Harrell/THT/Morris/Matthews for a 3+D wing like Kyle Anderson, Kleber, Boucher, Nance, Norman Powell

Boogie isn't durable enough to replace Harrell... If we trade Harrell, you're basically going all-in on something... Beal, Drummond... Something like that...
Not Tucker either... BTW, although he's the one guy I might feel comfortable trading Harrell for straight up.

But Trading Harrell is a last resort... And if we trade him, we might as well trade Schroder too, and go after Beal, or Drummond...

If not, let's just sign boogie or wait and see who falls into our lap in the buyout market...

Not even Harrell for Ennis/Bamba/pick?

Schroeder | Caruso | Cook
KCP | Matthews | THT
LeBron | Ennis | McKinnie
Davis | Kuzma | Dudley
Cousins | Gasol | Bamba

Well, I hadn't seen this before, so maybe it's possible...
https://sircharlesincharge.com/2021/02/18/nba-trade-rumors-mo-bamba-lakers/

And Ennis doesn't completely suck, but a pick is pretty much useless to us, and a lot hinges on if Bamba really has the upside a lot seem to think he does... Otherwise it doesn't help much this season at best... But that's not a terrible trade for us either. I think that falls into the realm, of 'if it happens, I'll trust the FO to know what they just did.'
