And that's game.

Sounding like a broken **** record with this team and their turnovers. Another 23 turnovers tonight.

Couple that with getting outscored 54-36 in the paint and outrebounded 45-31, with NY grabbing 14 offensive boards to just the Lakers' 4.

Doesn't help when your starting PG turns the ball over more than any starting PG in the league.

And some of these turnovers were gawdawful. With these angles the passes were coming from, you wouldn't throw those passes in a park and rec. pick up game. And some of those Lobs, the Lobs weren't even close to the player. One Lob, the person lobbing the pass, was standing right next to the guy receiving the pass. And it sailed right out of bounds. Thats park pick up ball.

I'm just speechless at the season-high 25 turnovers. That's absolutely pathetic lmfao. Automatic L right there.

Lakers literally averaging 19.9 turnovers in their last 10 games.

Just checked and the Lakers actually do lead the league in TOs per game now at 15.2

I hope Frank is just hiding Marc for the playoffs, because that late sub first to bring him in for the first time with like 10min left, and then to pull him with like 5 left, after he basically led the rally that got us within 5... Both head-scratchers, and on top of it he blew a timeout to get Drummond in the game which led to 2 quick fouls and randle on the line where he was perfect... Drummond looked like absolute crap too... Along with Schroder... Kuzma got points but he also missed almost all of his crucial shots down the stretch, airballing one...
But that one timeout and substitution was the biggest failure tonight...

I didn't know the Knicks were on a back to back. So this loss is even more pathetic than I thought.

Ain't no way the Lakers are giving Shröder 25 mil in the offseason. If that what he wants, he'll have to find another team. I know he was playing hurt, but this isn't the first, second or third time he's just been terrible. I would pay him 15 at max.

Hes a point guard who cares less about facilitation, and more on scoring and gettin his. Im still be patient (what choice do we got) and give him some credit. With Rondo, we would never get as many points. But with Rondo, there was more ball control and less turnovers, smoother running of offense. I'm hoping hes gonna figure things out...please....and when the guys get back reign him in and reign in his game. Because this dude has lost alot of money, in such a short span of time. I seriously don't see teams forking out big cash offers with his performance thus far.

21 million is overkill for Schroder as well. He is a good shoot first point guard and defensive guard but he is still a low usage off the bench type of player. He is more like 18 million or less around there.

This was the total opposite of the nets game. The team showed no heart or fight all game long. Just a bad game all around.

He's a scoring guard, not a floor general point guard. If you use him the right way - the way OKC did last year - then he may be worth the money. But if you insist on using him as Rondo's replacement, then no, don't waste your money.

Agree with pretty much everything you said. Drummond just doesn't strike me as a player that contributes much to winning. I'm just not impressed with him thus far. I'd be ok with re-signing Schroder then shipping him out ASAP. He's a solid player; I just don't like the fit. Kuzma is what he is... an inconsistent player that will have more mediocre nights than good ones. I think you mentioned it previously - for a guy that's so inept at making last minute shots, i'm not sure why he takes so many.

^ Vogel shouldnt be having the team feed him too much. He is not AD and he doesnt finish around the rim that well. He should be strictly used as a Dwight/McGee

Wesley Matthews needs to be on end of the bench .... he’s useless offensively . Ben is much better and can at least make few shots . I know frank wanted see him agian since his injury but if this isn’t telling they I don’t what is . He can’t play Matthews for more than 5 minutes

Now I remember why I like posting here instead of LG. A lot more smarter individuals here than LG. Apparently they have a lovefest for Schroder on LG.You can't discuss anything negative about Schroder otherwise the Schroder brigade will call you out.

Anyway just a rant. I'm over it.

He's starting as he insisted on, and he has been given the keys to the offense for the past 3 weeks since Bron been out, and he averaged more turnovers than assists against the Knicks and he has played overall just not good enough. This isn't about the offense scheme or using him the right way, but he's just an overqualified bench player but a below-average starter. He has a below average basketball IQ whilst having a lot of turnovers. That isn't the system, it's the player. I'm still happy we got him, but if he leaves I wouldn't even blink. THT can grow into that pointguard role just fine. We need to add a third star anyway to compete with Brooklyn so I'm sure that money will be spent somewhere else, somewhere better.
