The Jazz is a good team. Very solid defensively and offensively. They play the right way.
I wish we could face them when we're both at full strength.
I wonder if Gobert and Mitchel are playing.

Either way, it should be fun to watch.
We can't let O'Neale, Bogdanocic and Ersan go off on us.

Go Lakers

Let's get a 2-game win streak going. Something we have not seen in a long long time.

^ Yeah, they do play the right way. That’s one good organization. The Jazz has a great roster and a well coached team. Again.

I still like our chances, even without AD and LBJ. Our defense kicks @$$ !!!

Ugly first half. Just 42 points on 40% from the field. Meanwhile Utah is 55% from the field and outscoring the Lakers 26-12 in the paint.

Laker defense is trash tonight.

Just like the game against the Celtics, another blowout L in the works.

Down 20 and the Jazz shooting 62% from the field

Yeah, this one is over... Not sure what they're doing tonight, but they look uninterested... And why the hell can't they hit shots in Staples?

Literally half of Utah's 76 points are in the paint

Lakers haven't done much of anything in the last three weeks or so. Just staying pay alternating wins and losses. Their last "win streak" was March 26 and 28 against Cleveland and Orlando.

Completely different team than the last game. The holes were definitely showing tonight.

6-6 in their last 12 games.

This game was a splitting image of the Boston game. Got exposed and beat badly in every category except for the turnovers. Lakers managed to take care of the ball and that's it lol

THT is now 37% from 3 over last 10 games. Hopefully, he is turning a corner.

tweet from bball Index:

What Talen Horten-Tucker is doing at his age is remarkable as a finisher.

His Getting to Rim rating is higher than 99% of players in our database.

His difficulty-adjusted Finishing at Rim rating is higher than 84% of players.

No 20 year old from 2013-21 matches those levels.

Next year I believe he becomes a league average 3pt shooter. If he does, it's a wrap.

He's gonna have a Ingram type leap as soon as next year. He's out of our price range, some team is gonna throw big money at him and we can't keep him.

Lakers will probably match whatever he's offered. You don't take the cheap way out when LeBron is on your team. Miami went cheap on LBJ and apparently it pissed him off. To me the real question is does THT's development affect how much we are willing to offer Dennis in the off-season.

LeBron and Clutch are in complete control of this FO... And they know THT better than anyone... So whatever happens, it'll be what LeBron wants. So, I'm not worried about LeBron being happy... But I agree, THT is about to get a bigger payday than a lot of pundits expect...
I hope we keep him, and have him be our James Worthy going forward... I'd be comfortable going deep into the cap for him, and Caruso to a lesser extent.

Time for Kuzma to finally find a new home tho...
