On a serious note, I expect to see Gasol this game. Personally, I didn't want Vogel to have to go into his bag of tricks so early in the playoffs but due to LeBrons"feel out" game mentality and AD looking disinterested vogals gotta do what he's gotta do. I expect a win tonight.

Edit: we're about to see if AD and LeBron are actually healthy or of their injuries are too much to overcome.

He was one of 3 players that played over 10 minutes who had was positive +/- and also hit 2/4 from 3. Also he fits in perfectly with AD and Bron with actually playoffs reps and trust with last years core.

I wanna see Gasol start with the mission of neutralizing Ayton. Get Ayton into foul trouble early, then run Drummond against their second unit with Lebron (and Trez). Run the pnr with Lebron, get Drummond to roll hard every play and feed his confidence.

I expect to see Schroder involved with the bench guys more, and Caruso and THT to take the starting role with LBJ and AD. I hope we see Gasol and McLemore as well.

Too many fouls at the end there by the Lakers gave the Suns 12 free throws in the first quarter.

Lakers just need to focus and continue to clamp down on defense the rest of the game. First quarter wasn't too bad holding them to 42% from the field and forcing seven turnovers.
