That’s not how things work. He is a restricted free agent, you have to tender him an offer sheet and we can’t go over the tax mle. If he was signed and traded here you are hard capped and you don’t hard cap yourself for Josh Hart. Josh Hart is also the idiot who said he could never play for a coach who wasn’t a player before when Frank was hired before he got shipped out
