So I guess Nunn taking his minutes. So much for a healthy start of the season....

Another one bites the dust!
In all seriousness, a thumb injury isn't the worst thing and I hope we're getting the injury bug out of the system earlier in the season but we're down to two big wings and one of them is Melo.

I guess practices are just as intense as everyone claims. Lucky for him, he already signed the big contract.

Its a thumb bro, not an ACL.

True, but he was fighting for minutes, which might not come his way if it were not for the big contract. Look at the big picture.

In the bits and pieces of the preseason games I've watched so far, our perimeter defense has been terrible... I haven't actually caught any clips of THT playing D, but I understand he was playing well... I also understand, not too many other perimeter players were playing good D... So, all things considered, this is a multi-level bad situation...

Horton-Tucker to be reevaluated in four weeks, after successful surgery. That would be November 9, so he will miss a minimum of eight games. If he misses five weeks, that would be twelve games. Then the Lakers have ten days off.

THT is essential to this team. I think the players miss his engine more than we know. He’s a handful and he was just about to start breaking out.
I look forward to seeing him and Ariza back. It’s going to improve our defense a whole lot. Until they are, it’ll be ugly.
