I haven't had fun watching a Lakers season since Kobe scored 60 in his last game.

Everything since has been marginal at best.

I have a really hard time watching the LeBron led Lakers. Just no entertainment in it. Outside of THT there is no inspirational player on this team and they will trade him in a heartbeat to get a 15 year vet at the deadline I'm afraid.

I haven't had fun watching any Lakers game since 2020. That team was just on another level with the chemistry and the sacrifice. Last year and this year is painful to watch.

These guys wouldn't even come out and play against the **** Celtics. I mean if that doesn't tell you anything about this **** team I don't know what will...

The type of game that makes you realize you don’t really enjoy watching the lakers play.

AD just stated that not being able to score in the third quarter has been their kryptonite all season, and I agree, but what about the weak ass defense? They've held their opponent to under 100 points just once this season.

Haven’t post in a while but been following and reading postings here… The Big 3 is turning into the Dud 3! It’s going to take some soul searching from players to the coaching staff to turn this season around. Instead of team building the right way, we went for story lines such as hometown kid coming home to play for the hometown team, Big 3 on the way, yada yada… It’s obvious AD doesn’t want to be the 5. In hindsight, the trade for Buddy Heil would’ve been a better option and also try to include Richaun Holmes in the deal. An athletic young big that plays with high energy, defense, clean up the glass and scores mostly on clean up plays. He’s a perfect compliment to AD. Then signed Caruso and Lowry. But we have what we have now and this team is difficult to watch.

All stuff mentioned above is correct by many here. I'll just ass, AD needs to assert himself. Injury be damned. Just hit the blocks and take the team on his back

Last season before AD went down on valentines days against the Nuggets, the Lakers were 21-6 and that was with AD missing a few games earlier in the year to minor injuries. The Westbrook trade is a huge setback.

We need to take a loook at trading AD... I know most of you against this, but he way too soft spends to much time on the 3point line and can't shoot for crap... Sitting here watching Bron Ball while everyone else sits there doesn't do anything just stand and watch also makes me sick.

pulling up for 3's on fast breaks even if wide open makes me sick - above everything else and don't care if they make them

The Lakers right now look like a sports car driven by someone who is just learning to drive a stick shift. A lot of the time, you swear you can hear the gears crunching. But you know the car can go over 100 mph.

I may have to come back in a month and find out if anyone has figured out how to work the clutch.

This is it right here. AD, in spite of some over the top criticism, has been fantastic this year and has unquestionably been the team’s best player. Lebron is not what he once was, but is still an elite two way player. Melo has been everything I could have hoped for and more as a stretch big.

At the end of the day, Westbrook has to be way better than what he’s been. The Lakers picked this guys over Schroeder and Hield, and both of those players are outplaying him this year while making less combined than what he’s making.

So now we get blown out by below .500 teams ? I don't even think we will make the playoffs this year. It's really bad.

If this were a struggling high school team with three marquee names, the coach would feel empowered to shake things up.

Vogel is scared to shake things up.

I can comfortably say that if I were in Vogel's position, on the hotseat, fighting for my job, playing with a bunch of HOFers, I'd shake this team up. Egos be damned.

I wouldn't be opposed to playing unsigned rookies (Brown, Reaves, or Huff) more minutes than seasoned vets, and I'd even consider entirely benching Westbrook (and sometimes Anthony) if they were consistently making boneheaded mistakes.

Vogel will eventually be fired because of Westbrook's poor play. He might as well go out with guns blazing and do things his way -- play whoever he thinks will give this team the best chance to win. Period.

At this point, he ain't got **** to lose.
