The sooner I can forget the last game, the better. Slow down that speedy Fox!

Fast-paced game tonight. The Kings are shooting 60%, largely because their shots in the lane are all going in. Ariza started but only lasted 1 1/2 minutes before he was slapped with two fouls.

They let the Kings back in the game already. The ball started slowing down at the end of the first quarter.

Reaves should have shot that three instead of hesitating. As it was, the arch on the shot was way too low.

The help defense is lacking tonight. Not enough effort and awareness. Kings are shooting 60%.

LA was making a comeback, but Russell Westbrook single-handedly handed the game back to the Kings. Coach Vogel should tell him he no longer has a green light to shoot the three, unless there are two seconds or less left on the shot clock. His average on the season is .298.

We are starting to see signs of help defense. Reaves was doing a great job out there.

Vogel is going to have to suck it up and start benching Westbrook at the end of games. He shouldn't be starting either, but theres probably nothing to be done about that besides trading him. Monk/Reaves/Lebron/AD should be the core of their starting lineup imo.

Westbrook has been bad lately, but another major issue is teams are scoring too easily on Vogel’s micro lineups.

This has been one of the more frustrating Laker teams that I can recall in 40+ years of watching the P&G.
They just can’t seem to get things going.
If it’s not the turnovers, it’s the rebounding. If it’s not the rebounding , it’s the poor perimeter defense. If it’s not the poor perimeter defense, it’s the poor interior defense. If it’s not that, it’s the stagnant offense etc..

Russ was 2 of 14 shooting and was awful on defense. He is trying hard but he’s just struggling mightily.

I still have hope that they’ll figure things out. But time is running out .

Westbrook only had 9 games this season where he shot 40% or better from the field and had fewer than 4 turnovers. He had 3 turnovers in 6 of those 9 games.

Lebron has a ton of games where hes disqualified due to 4 or more turnovers and hes still managed to have 16 games where he meets those requirements and his fg% is 50% or more in 11 of those 16 games. Lebron has almost as many games shooting 60%+ from the field and fewer than 4 turnovers than Westbrook does games of 40%+ and less than 4 turnovers (7 vs 9).

We're stuck with Westbrick unfortunately and we can't do anything about it.

He's an expiring in the summer. He's addition by substraction at this point. If we can't find any kind of deal in the summer for ANYTHING, we need to buyout his ass.

He simply cannot be on the opening day roster for next year.

THT can be officially traded in two days so we're definitely changing something, but finding a deal for Westbrook is damn near impossible.
