does anyone know...is the russ signing, tht instead of caruso....was that done by pelinka on his own or did lebron force it?
does anyone know the real decision maker on these deals...

Rob Pelinka
He puts together the possibilities and goes to his players and the Rambii for validation on options.
He does seem to make choice by committee but he's ultimately still responsible
