Since Bradley is out, I imagine Malik Monk will get the start, as the graphic indicates. Perhaps his Valentine's Day outing will keep him nice and relaxed, and the rest of the team, too! Only three games in a twelve-day period for the Lakers.

Maybe we can surprise Utah in this one. Hopefully the team didn't just "rest" during this stretch. Hopefully they looked at defense.

Starters will be Davis, James, Johnson, Monk, and Westbrook. As Landsberger says, let's hope they come out on fire on the defensive end. Utah is a tough matchup. They cannot afford to fall behind by double digits in the first quarter.

Love the passing so far. Defense looks alert, too.

There’s a look of a new sense of purpose starting this game.

They're going to have to double-team Donovan Mitchell.

Yeah, like that.

But you can't leave him open on the fast break.

Oh, brother. We'll have to see how the injury does over the break.

Three point shooting is ass again tonight. Nobody can guard Mitchell.

And AD is injured yet AGAIN. When it rains, it pours. When is the damn bleeding going to stop. I'm so ready for this season to be over already.

2 straight subpar games after playing 9-10 games? Is anybody still surprised?

A team that is mailing it in.... Vogel will take the fall but there are too many veterans in leadership positions to think this is coaching.

I'm done with Davis and Bron.... I'm ready for the next Laker era.

Anthony Davis has got to be the most injury prone player I have ever seen. There have been players who missed more games, but those guys usually have chronic injuries like bad knees for Greg Oden or something like that. Davis feels like he could get a grade 3 ankle sprain walking to his car.

The bench is letting the team down tonight: eight points total on 3-12 shooting.

What bench? We have maybe 1 rotational player on a top 10 team on our bench and he's hurt. Most of these guys we have tonight are only here because we have no money beyond 3 max players. That said these guys actually overachieve most nights in comparison to their talent.

The highlight of the last few games have been at the start of the game where a simulated football game between AD getting the jump ball over to Lebron for a hiking of the ball between the legs to Russ and Russ handing the ball off to Monk… sad!

I never wanted Bron on this team and was very few who didn't ... As for AD I was OK but feel we gave too much, but who knows

AD should just retire at this point OR accept less $$$ he not worth the $$$ when he always injured
