Horton-Tucker missed the last game with an ankle sprain. He and LeBron James are listed as "questionable." But it looks like Avery Bradley will be back.
Go Heels!

You gotta love it.... the NBA gave us a difficult schedule the second half and put a lot of the games on TV to pump up the ratings.... We're getting blown out coast to coast a lot it seems over the next few month and a half.
37 wins.... over or under?

And the Tar Heels win by 13 in Coach K's last home game at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Anything can happen--although Carolina has been playing much better the past two or three weeks.

Same lineup as the past two games, except with Stanley Johnson starting over Dwight Howard. Four of those five guys--Westbrook, Reaves, Monk, Johnson--can play with pace. Take LeBron out early and let them do their thing, then bring him back in with the second unit. In other words, this could be similar to the approach taken before, where Russell went out early and played with the second unit.
Let the isolation guys like LeBron, Carmelo, Dwight, play together and slow down the pace.

And just like that we've blown the lead. Better energy to start the game but it's fading fast

Freaking James.... killed that possession by not attacking immediately.

We've already hit our "play hard one quarter" quota for the game. It's lazy ass basketball only from this point on.

It pains me to say this but Melo is the only one trying on defense and he's actually been effective.

The bench crew let the team down again. They scored a total of nine points.

I hope Phil Jackson was invited to offer a few suggestions to the coaching staff. They need help with this motley crew of a basketball team.

Gotta admire the creativity of a team that wants to play small AND slow lol. We play like a 6'6 center who can't shoot lol

GS lived by the 3 and is dying by the 3 now. Some energy in the 4th is going to push to a W it looks like.

Wow, 56 points for LeBron James, including those three straight triples to pull the Lakers into the lead.
Westbrook overall played an excellent game, and Bradley was instrumental in the second half on defense. Monk was 4-9 from deep, plus six rebounds, five assists, and three steals.

Westbrook really played a great stretch there. Scary in the clutch as usual but also on the receiving end of some bogus calls

A quality win against a contender. Can this be the start of something? Still holding out hope. AD will be back. The question is going to be if Westbrook gets interested in defense before that.
