2022 SEASON & EVALUATION OF THE LAKERS

This year has been a very disappointing year, but it is a year that can be looked upon as a year to move the team in a new direction. Management changes and new directives should a high priority. The lakers should consider a committee of Phil Jackson, Jerry West, Rob Pelinka ,Majic Johnson and The Buss Family. Bring these people together privately to discuss the issues what went wrong and developing strategy to fix these problems. Each of these members have a history and know this franchise. The solution is this team needs to start now developing the plan to fix this mess. Other influences such as the Laker nation and the media should be contacted if necessary or on a need-to-know basis if required.
