Davis is probable for Monday's preseason game against the Kings due to low back tightness, Mike Trudell of the Lakers' official site reports

Will this "new" health concern about Davis force Rob to relent and give that 2 1st rounders that the Pacers are demanding for them to trade Myles and Hield?

To me, it’s win now mode regardless of AD’s back/knees/feet/ankles/whatever. Picks be damned. LBJ signed a two year extension so we’re not exactly in rebuild mode just yet. Either win now or rebuild now. A compromise between rebuilding and winning now means no rings.

Rob has proven very effective in higher number draft picks (Kuzma, Hart, Reaves, etc). When LBJ retires, I’d say let’s plan ahead and anticipate a quick rebuild prior to that point. Until then, I’m happy to let Rob work his second round magic. Now is not the time for wishy-washy play-it-safe shenanigans. Scared boys don’t get to kiss the pretty girls.

Take a calculated risk with Turner and Hield!

Do it, Rob!

I really think Darvin Ham is the reason it hasn’t happened.. yet is because the new coach truly believes he can work his magic and make it all work great. A lot will depend on the preseason and first 10 regular games even sooner. If it gets really ugly early then the trade will materialize.

Called It

Trade him asap

Edit: It's why I want the Turner/Hield trade to be done - Turner will help when AD goes down - AD isn't going to last 2 months b4 some injury happens

Then Lakers screwed, because they want to run the offense through him - bigmistake
