Mo Bamba Mentality..

Post#1 » by Beethoven » Mon Feb 13, 2023 1:24 am

I know they're not directly correlated, but in essence we traded Bryant for Mo. Not only we helped Denver fill a need in the middle (another topic) but we lost a hustler for a lackluster performing big. I read about Mo's issues with laziness. He has a prowess, which is just mainly physical presence and length, but I don't like guys w a history of laziness or lack of work ethic (whether in nba or at work, wherever).

Is the strategy to see how being with lebron will get him to shift his habits? Mo hasn't been around a lot of high level leaders during his tenure in the nba, and I know and hear about having great leadership in players can rub off on players in a positive way (e.g. Odom and his tenure w Kobe, he mentions in an interview how being around Kobe all the time made him change his work habits and that it eventually showed result).

What's your opinion on Mo Bamba? Lot of times, I head over to the team forum we pick someone up from, to read and get a sense of feel on how their team's fans react to the leaving of said player. I didn't read a dam thing about Mo's departure from Orlando.

I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated OKC Thunder as the 2025 NBA Champions. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.

Lol I love the term Bamba Mentality. I agree I'm concerned about the work ethic. The good thing is that his strengths are things this team needs in a back up center. I'm hoping a lebron, ham, Handy lead team will get him going
