I might be done with the GB. Just no discussion and everything is bias towards anything against the Lakers. Gets old all the talk about conspiracies, refs, blahblahblah. Might try game 2 but otherwise I stay here since I will be taking a break from basketball once the playoffs are over.

So did they leave Bamba off the WCF roster? He's not listed as active for this game... Do we really think we can beat Denver with no real size off the bench?

Dlo at -25 is depressing as hell...

This game was lost as soon as the starting lineups were announced.

I seriously can't comprehend the reasoning behind starting 3 guards against Denver, if there ever is one. Ridiculously bad judgement.

But the end result gives me some hope, they can't stop us defensively at all and we sure as hell won't be giving up 130+ every game.

Game 2 is big for us but not a must win.

Started off very slow. Maybe that altitude really did take a half to adjust to.
They hit some insane shots that really killed our momentum like 4-5 times, at least.
Jokic was phenomenal
We didn’t run back on D until later in the 2nd half.

Incredible how we got all the way back to within a few points. Lebron made some questionable decisions down the stretch that I’m sure he wishes he could take back, but overall they had great composure down the stretch. The adjustments on Jokic at the end were good, but he looked a little gassed and will most definitely adjust his game to counter the Rui+AD tactic. No point in dreaming about containing him. Hope we can take the positives and steal game 2.

Looks like we will counter with Rui. But just ridiculous our staff could not read that from the beginning

No moral victories but still happy our guys didn't quit. There were a few positives I saw. I know lebron wishes he could take back that ill advised three. We score on that possession and who knows how this game ends. Oh well on to game 2.

Yeah, same. The GB game day threads are fun…as long as the lakers aren’t playing.

Reasons we lost despite shooting 54% and having only 7 TO’s on the road:

1)3 guard line up. Major strategic blunder by Ham.
2)Got out rebounded by 17.
3)We had no match for the Joker
4)We gave up 132 points -very hard to win on the road when you don’t play D

I'm not worried, gotta adjust with Rui on Jokic and clamp down on D. We can't give up 132 points, that's not us.

While most feel LBJ gassed in the final quarter, I feel AD and LBJ both had not played very hard. They smiled quite a lot throughout the game despite trailing by double digits all game.

I didni't feel the sense of urgency or focus from our players this game. More like a feel out game at this point. The intensity is closer to a regular season game than a playoff game

Hope its the right feeling.

We should have Rui or Gabriel/TT on Joker all game. When Joker get to the paint, AD/vando comes to help D. It worked in the 4th quarter. with Rui on the court, you can put Vando on Murray/Porter. We have to make adjustment on defense and take back control on the glass

No more 3 guard line up !!!!!!! It's beyond dumb from the very beginning

I’m glad we tried AD one on one, and that we stopped it in the second half. The whole world could see that we just lost the world’s greatest help defender big man when we did what I thought would be a good idea. Switching Rui over was a great move. Let’s see how Malone counters.

We won the second half of game one by 12 points. In Denver. Just sayin’… if we can beat the best team in the league in the next 48 of play, we will have stolen home court again!

We got one last chance to dip these 6-piece nuggets into hot mustard sauce and eat em or else this series is over.

Here's the answer. RUI meshed together with AD. Here's what coach Ham came up with after film study...3 Guard Lineup. What is this dude lookin at?
