Lakers in a very tough 4 game sched ahead.

Post#1 » by tamaraw08 » Tue Dec 19, 2023 5:32 pm

Currently on 2 game losing skid, Actually lost 3 of 4 with one tough win over a very bad Spurs team. Bowing to the Knicks at home was frustrating and
now they travel to the surging Bulls, winners of 6 of 9 beating the likes of Phillies, Heat, Bucks.
And then they face the Vaunted WC leaders TWolves on a back to back.
Then face the 2nd Best team in the West OKC on the road.
Then Boston. They can conceivably lose all 4 games and be sub .500 and out of the playoff seeds.
D'Lo has been very underwhelming failing to hit his PT ave the last 6 games, esp after that whopping 35pts against the worst team in the league. :nonono:
Ham has only used Rui for more than 25 mins/game 2 of of his last 6 games.

I don't care if we lose against Bulls, Wolves and OKC but we must win against the Celtics.

I'll take a 3-1 record in the next 4 games if it includes losing to the Celtics on Christmas. Totally fine with that.

I wish I have your optimism. Vando has given them nothing on offense,
Reddish has comeback to his normal 30% from 3 self. Ham don’t trust Rui to play more than 25 mins game. DLo has been disappointing the past 6 games.

Lost to the sub .500 Bulls, TWolves tomorrow, then OKC , then Boston.
Lakers are poised to gift us a sub.500 record on Christmas Day.

LMAO ... Lakers win the IST and think they're on the top and yet lose to teams such as; Spurs/Pacers and Bulls LMAO and yet think these losses mean nothing ...

I mean WTF why lose to these teams that should be winnable games and no Injuries are not an excuse LMAO

Maybe they should make the IST all season long LMAO

Yeah you nailed it, losing so many winnable games WITH NO INJURIES to their top 5 players is disgusting.
I knew there’s going to be letdown after that fake banner but I thought they will have these made up injuries to Lebron and AD to keep them fresh by February/ March but no, they ride them hard then boom, one or both start grabbing their limb on January and miss multiple weeks while praying Houston and GSW also struggle so they can grab that 9-10 spot for the play in.
Oh well let’s just savor that IST accomplishment. Cheers, have a Merry Christmas enjoying at the thought of a future Boston vs Clippers Finals showdown in June.

This team is poorly coached. Unlikely to happen, but Ham must go.

Hey... Russell to the bench and suddenly we win easily. Maybe there is something to learn from this.
