Lakers/Knicks Trade

Zach Randolph to the Lakers for Kwame, Mihm and 2009 protected #1. Can the Lakers get a better player for that package? The pick will be mid-twenties, so it's not more than a long shot at a player. It's Zach Randolph, a 20/10 player, for next to nothing.
Would the Lakers make this move?

Zack for Odom??? why would we want to potentially ruin the chemistry that we currently have? Odom contributes a lot more than you think. And I didn't say that zack has no real value. I just think that he has no place with the Lakers
