Valuable Trading Chip?
League sources said that Jamaal Magloire has not asked to be traded.
His one-year, $4 million contract, however, could be a valuable trading chip, especially since the Nets are closer to getting back Nenad Krstic.

The only problem is who do the Lakers trade. Walton can be traded who has the same contract but Im sure the Nets wouldnt want the years left, not sure Id want to see him go anyways. The Lakers could trade Mihm and Vujacic for Magloire, yes it works in the trade checker as well. I think this would be a good trade to get a real starting center who was a former all-star and is in the last year of his contract.

He's a nice player if healthy and ready 100 % !
I'd throw Kwame, but his contract is big ! Mihm and someone, but not Sasha. )))

Yeah Kwame contract is too big plus he is a good trade chip for the Lakers as he is in the last year of his contract with a value of a little over $9M.

If he's done like Incontrol says so. We might be able to get him for cheap!

You'd be surprised.
2 ppg, 3.7 rpg, 31.1% from the field and 45.2% FT line.

Of course.
I wouldn't give up Vujacic and Mihm for him though, and that's pretty much the only way we could get him (without giving up something like Kwame).

if we aren't giving up mihm and sasha(who i'd want to keep for comedy reasons) then it would be pointless to try and get him

why we need a player who is not getting any minutes for the nets???? He is unable to get minutes ahead of J Collins and thats pretty pathetic if you ask me

What about IKE DIOGU? He can hit the mid-range J and Indiana isn't playing him. He has some potential still.

I'd rather look to get Jeff Foster from Indiana to hold up the C spot until Bynum returns.

yeah Foster is nice. but how do we get him? he has positive value for them.

May be take way one of their bad contracts with him or else I wouldn't even mind David Harrison if he can keep away from pot for 8 weeks.
