It's like the tail of 2 Lakers teams the first 8 are hardworkers the the last 6 are lazy and never improve their game. They're also the most injured because they don't keep themselves in good shape.

I'm glad they let Smush go and traded Cook, they just need to trade some of these guys for more commited guys that want to improve.
