OMG. freaking LAMAR!!!!!

holy crap! who is more careless about splaying their legs out under other people? no one more than LO! first time can be a mistake, but the 2nd time reveals a nasty habit.

we need to get him out before he undercuts kobe and ruins his career.

LO is hurting our team more then helping with his mediocre play and taking out teammates left and right. Man, what a frustrating injury.

You know what's funny? We thought we'd have a logjam at SF but all 3 of our SFs are injured.

We have to take Puke and Sasha for the rest of the season. When we finally get a player that can play perimeter defense he goes down mid way. We instantly lost depth in a week ala lamar.

Suddenly, tanking for Michael Beasley and trading Lamar for expirings so we can sign Elton Brand seem like the more realistic scenario instead of competing in the playoffs.

As if the Lakers needed this to happen.

Forward Trevor Ariza was diagnosed with a fractured bone in his right foot after hurting it today at practice. Ariza will see foot specialist Kenneth Jung on Monday, at which point a timetable for his return will be determined.

It was unclear exactly how Ariza injured the fourth metatarsal in his foot, but he apparently came down on someone's foot.

"He got tangled up [with a teammate]," Coach Phil Jackson said a few minutes after Ariza left practice for X-rays at Centinela Hospital Medical Center.

Ariza became a fixture on the Lakers' second unit after being acquired from Orlando in November. He was averaging 6.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in 18 minutes a game.

Ariza, who also started three games, had been an active defender for the Lakers, who liked his length and speed.

The Lakers are without Andrew Bynum for at least seven more weeks and Chris Mihm for at least another week, although it will probably be longer than that until he returns.

where in this article did it say it was lamar?
