Lakers second youngest team in the NBA?

I've noticed posted in some threads around realgm that the Lakers are the second youngest team in the NBA. I checked this out and I'm confused. According to ESPN Utah is in fact the second youngest team, followed by Seattle, and then a tie between LA and Atlanta.

Is ESPN wrong?
