Unfortunately, I agree. Detroit is arguably the best team in the league, we always struggle against them, and Kobe invariably has his worst games in their building. With Bynum and Ariza, I like our chances. Now, not so much.

Prediction: DET 103 LAL 89.

PROVE ME WRONG LAKERS!!!

If memory serves, we handled them pretty well at home earlier in the season. Of course that was a Pistons squad sans Chauncey (and maybe others, cannot recall).

This time its a whole different ball game, pun intended. We all know how much our absences can hurt us, and Detroit should be at full strength come GT.

Not to mention that our last performance was not exactly an inspired one (w/the exception of the latter part of the 4th Q).

Interested to see which Laker team shows up tonight.

Lets Go...Lake Show!!!

This is by far the toughest game on schedule, not SA, Dallas or Phoenix its Detroit at the palace and I believe we're legit if we can beat them at home.

I have mixed feelings and I think it started when we almost lost to the Knicks. I hate predicting the outcome of games and I don't want to even touch this one.

Have I mentioned that I really appreciate the Pistons?

GO LAKERS!!!

A win at the Palace will be a great boost for the team. That would increase our team chemistry and we would make some momentum to face the next eight straight road games.

Anyway, Detroit is the best team in the league along with San Antonio. My prediction is not good:

DET 97-83 LAL.

GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!

always sucks when you go an entire season without being able to truly measure up against an elite team.

I can watch this game!!!! With that said, after watching the Cavs game, I'm skeptical this team can win this game. Detroit does get sloppy sometimes though and we will need to take advantage of that.

I have a hunch that Wallace is going to eat us alive. His range will destroy Kwame/Turiaf and his size will kill Odom.

As much as I would like to win this one.... I think Detroit is going to whoop us.

Detroit has Kobe's number.... I think he's had at least 6-7 god awful games against them the past 4 years (including the finals). I see Kobe shooting around 30-35ish percent, and our bigs getting into foul trouble.
Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more.
