Gladiator "Spainard"

Post#1 » by large1974 » Sat Feb 2, 2008 4:25 am

I don't know if Pau has a nick name but since we the people "Laker Fans" always give our player's nick names I felt we could chant spainard like in the movie Gladiator. What do you guys think?

The best part is he's under contract until 2010-2011 at below market rate for his skill set and still only 27.

When you got a name like Pau Gasol, I don't think you need a nickname. His name already sounds like "POW" so everytime he dunks someone yells it.... but nicknames are always fun, let's see if someone gives him a cool one.

What I really want to happen when Pau makes his home game debut in Los Angeles in a few weeks is this:

i think it would only be right to call him Pau "THE BEAR" Gasol as a sort of remeberance of the gift the grizzlies gave you on this day!!!!!!!!! lol!!!! the fact that the guy's face looks bear like only makes the nick name better!!!! oh man i laugh but this move hurts!!
