Giants played great defense, but watching the Pats offensive line was like watching Smush try to stop penetration for a while.

This really had to be one of the top tier super bowl games to date.
The major underdog team wins the undefeated heavily favored to win team. The Giants defense pulled it off against the #1 offense in the league. There is no reason why any player on the Giants defense wouldn't be a game MVP candidate.

If I were to rate this game definate 10/10.

btw Kobe Bryant > Tom Brady hahaha

as a New York guy, there's no way we can let BoSox win the World Series, KG go to Boston and then let Pats (as much as i love that team) win the Bowl

The irony being that they are Giants and underdogs the same time. "David and Goliath" get it? L O L :D ........omg :nonono:

Anyways as a Laker fan I like this win just because Boston lost. I dont really care for Giants nor football.

Proessional sports is always about seizing your opportunities when they present themselves. Patriots had plenty of opportunities to finisht the game off the last two minutes, but they blew them all and eventually paid the price. I was looking forward to see a team making the history with a perfect season, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

The Giants defense overall was top notch today. Thats what the Laker defense is going to look like when we face the Celtics in the finals......

I for one am livid at tonights game. It is kind of like if the Warriors will win the NBA finals as the 7th or 8th seed.

Great Post. I was cheering for the giants the entire game. 3 lead changed in the 4th quarter for the first time in superbowl history. Awesome game.

helluva game... but it happened to the lakers at the hands of detroit... it happened to USC at the hands of Texas... it happened to the Red Wings at the hands of the Ducks, it happened to the yankees at the hands of the red sox, and now it happened to the patriots at the hands of the giants.

I'll give the Giants their props they played great defense. But we will be back and we will make some moves to better our O-line.

By the way

I can't wait to see how you guys handle it when the Spurs beat you in the playoffs.
