Bynum off the Bench?

With Pau Gasol in it might be time to revisit Bynum off the bench. Remember that worked out a lot for us with the bench mob and while I think Pau at PF will still be effective - having a Bynum off the bench nonetheless is more overwhelming for the opponent.

Thoughts?

We have to play them together and try to gel them for the playoff. Bynum is such a great defensive presence, he will make life good for Pau.

No thanks. We can always adjust you know. It's not like Andrew Bynum is gonna be playing with all starters (Fisher, Bryant, Odom and Gasol) at the same time. We're gonna see different line-ups every time. I'd rather see Fisher, Bryant, Odom, Gasol and Bynum blow out other teams starting five in the first quarter and let the bench players play.

Pau has a mid-range J, and can face up and take guys off the dribble. I think he'll be just fine next to Bynum at PF. I meant Pau at PF.

I am not aloud to call you an idiot without getting a warning so I won't call you one.
Worst idea not including Kwame Brown yet.

We're going old skool w/ the twin towers man. Plus, Bynum will make up for Gasol lack of defense. People are afraid to attack the paint w/ Bynum in there and imagine Odom, Bynum, and Gasol, players that average 10 rebounds each. Do u know how much energy other teams have to use against our bigs, they would have to play extra hard to make up for size, by the 3rd quarter they'll be out of gas.

Size is a good thing. The Suns have people thinking small is the way to go but players like Kandi and Kwame and Bogut and so many 7 footers go first in drafts because of size. Size is a good thing and we have it so there is no reason to not use it.

i think this will benefit lamar a lot too. he likes to share the ball a lot, and this time, when he wont score that much, we wont be mad at him anymore. he has a lot of options to pass to.

The funny thing is that Lamar will probably continue to score around 14 per, just doing so a lot more efficiently since he won't be shaded anymore, and also being a much more deadly playmaker (his A:TO ratio has already been steadily increasing over the past 4-6 weeks, and has been plain awesome lately).
