Gasol needs to absolutely dominate this game defensively. He should know most of the schemes at this point.

Look for the Lakers to come out with fire tomorrow ... the Bobcats swept us last year and i know its on Phil's mind and Kobe's .. Kobe scored like what 51 ?

this game is the perfect game for Pau to break out ... he was on the bench a lot vs Miami so i say look for him to get big minutes tomorrow night

Revenge for last year.

They are a garbage team right now, we should blow them out as soon as possible. Anyway, his frontcourt is really good.

another tough game. 8th game of the trip, back to back. hopefully gasol can continue is good game not so good game pattern since he'd be due for a good game. lamar needs to step up like he has been, another disappearing act in a loss will undo anything he's done on this road trop.

Lamar needs to crash the boards again. We need him to play like he has the past few games. He was my player of the game last game with 15 points and 18 rebounds.

Let's go Lakers

The Bobcats were man-handled in Detroit yesterday. We have a ton of momentum and they are coming in with almost none. We need to play like we did in the 3rd quarter yesterday. If Gerald doesn't play we have to come out on fire and take advantage of it. Also, Kobe averages over 35 PPG and Gasol over 23 against the Bobcats. This should be a fun game.

that 35 ppg avg has come in several overtimes and with little success. these two next games are the difference between an excellent road trip that could have been 9-0, or a road trip with many opportunities lost. mentioned before but one can't underestimate the fact that its the 8th game of a road trip on a back to back. in a situation like that you can count on one thing, the machine lighting it up.

Bobcats will be up for this game with or without Wallace.
They are at home.
They always play us tough at home.
We need to get off to a strong start. That has been our key on this road trip. We have been able to get leads and withstand the big runs by the other teams.
Charlotte is a good, young, athletic team, the type that gives us fits.

Let's go Lakers.

Unless Jordan suits up this should be a blowout if they don't have wallace.

Even with Jordan I think we'd win. They only started playing better after Jordan's shootaround with the team. before that they were lackluster.

It would be nice to get these last two games, which should both be blowouts. Hopefully our guys come out with energy and put this one away early.
