Challenge for you: Lakers' hotspot

Post#1 » by andykeikei » Sat Feb 23, 2008 6:53 pm

Without looking up the hotspot for nba.com, can you tell the Lakers' players sweet/hot spot?
That's what I think:
Kobe: right baseline, right elbow, left side 45 3 pointer...
Fisher: left/right elbow (he always goes for pull up when in transition)
Odom: left side 45?
Gasol: I am not sure, he seems to always score under the basket
Sasha/Vlad: baseline 3 pointer

How about you?

I would say the hotspot for all the players is the layup, except the Machine, he'll shoot anywhere and everywhere.

Why don't we discount all the lay ups and dunks?

I think Fisher's hotspot are the corner 3's.

look at sasha from straight on at three.

in that section he is shooting 12 for 15, for a 80% in that area. its higher than his percentage around the rim
