Copied the idea from the Jazz board; players I like and dislike for random reasons.

Players I dislike:
Melo- he socked that Knick, ran..also elbowed Vujacic, only starts fights with little guys
Nate Robinson- instigated that fight.
Damon Jones- wow, I cannot stand this guy..so cocky and he sucks
Diaw- Doris Diaw, just annoying looking.
Antoine Walker- everything he represents.


Players I like:
AK47- my favorite non-laker. ukranian, like my grandparents, a beast on D.
Ron Artest- the guy is an idiot and a jack#ss off the court, but watching him play is great. his D is intense and he moves like an animal.
Marcus Camby- D-FENCE. love the blocks
Mutumbo- finger wave and "who wants to sex mutumbo"
McGrady- like his shot and lacsadaisical approach
Pierce- same reasons as McGrady

dislike:
ginnobili - flop
bowen - just dont like the dude
carter - wasted talent
anderson varajeo - same as manu
melo - same as your reason
antoine walker

like:
monta ellis - very good and underrated
kobe - best today
lamar - people hate on him so much...makes me appreciate him more
cp3 - beast
iverson - a warrior
gerald wallace - his relentless style of play.."crash"
arenas - funny dude

Dislike:
Chris bosh- A filler who was thought as a leader.
Bargani- Ruined my fantasy team and im tired of givin oportunities
Brad miller- So dirty as divac at the end of his career.
Steve Nash- I simply dont like him. Horry made a big job with the nose.
Kevin garnett- arrogant and boston's one now.
Shaq- more arrogant. the ferrari that turned to a minardi.



like:

David West: He is a big beast underrated.
Duncan- 4rings and franchise player. Simply great. A legend already.
Nowitzki- Its wonderfull how easy he make FG at midrange.
Mutombo Simply great, another legend that still in the courts.
Boozer Drafted in the second round and being compared with karl malone nowadays. Is not that great as i see?

Dislike

Steve Nash: This guy is a one tricky pony. He can only thrive in a run and gun system, but fails to be effective in a half court offense. Can't play defense and cries a lot. Overrated in my book.

Dwayne Wade: Also a one trick pony. If he's not driving he is virtually ineffective. Still can't shoot, and can't play defense. And if he is supposed to be as good as everyone proclaims him to be, there's no way his team would of won single digit wins this season regardless of him being "injured" or not.

Karl Malone: I have always hated this guy. From his cheap shot elbows to his cheap shot verbal attacks on Kobe in the all star game. Even though the lakers lost in '04; a little part of me is glad he didn't get a ring.

Vlade Divac: BIGGEST FLOPPER OF ALL TIME. It truly is a testament to Jerry Buss' loyalty that he would offer Divac a job with the organization regardless of his involvement with the queens.

Doug Christie: You'd be hard pressed to find another basketball player as whooped on his wife than Christie is. He definitely needs to grow 'a pair.

Coach: D'antoni - Mike D'antoni needs to stop crying and be so animated on the sideline. He looks like a bi-polar cheerleader hocked up on starbucks running the sidelines.


Likes (non lakers)

Kevin Johnson- One of my favorite pgs of all time. The dunk on Hakim Olajuwon was one of the greatest basketball moves I've seen of all time.

Chris Paul: The kid should have statues resurrected for him in NO for what he's been doing over there.

Josh Smith: The guy is a freak. I remember when I heard rumors in the off season that the lakers tried to trade for him with a package involving LO; I was going nuts. But nothing came to fruition.

Allen Iverson: You have to respect his game. Ever since he broke Jordan's ankles on national television I became a fan. He definitely owned him.

Coach: Byron Scott He's done a great job in NO. He has the foresight to allow Chris Paul the freedom to run the offense every now and then. Scott took a lot of slack from Kidd in his NJ days. But he's proven he can still win.

Your are correct I just looked it up he's Russian; from Izhevsk; coincidentally home of the AK47. Oh well. he's still one of my favorites;

I had thought most names that end with "enko" were Ukranian. Fedor Emilianenko (UFC), Fesenko formerly on the Jazz, Medlevenko. Remember the ones from USSR doesn't mean they're not from the Ukraine.

Russian last names often (obviously not always) end in the " ov" or "ova" like Federov, sharapova, kournikova, etc. good to know; I'm heading out to Kiev in August so appreciate any information of the sort.

the media people that voted nash for mvp, I still cant believe this dude already has 2 mvps hes a good player but if your gonna base the mvps on assits/points magic should have more mvps, john stockton should have retired with an mvp hes the all time leader in assits!! hes even a much more better defender than nash, jkidd should have won 2 his team made the finals twice.

Udonis Haslem- Was a fat boy a Florida, thinks he's better then he

KG-Showed his true colors when he got to Boston

Jason Kidd- Coach Killer nuff said

Lenius Klezia- Only shows up against Lakers and sucks against rest

Manu Ginobili- Wanna see somebody rough this dude up for once
