I am still wondering why scrubs like Bogut or Varejao are on that list. Duncan a foreigner? Is not an American?

Yao 5th? Are you kidding me? And Stojakovic 18th? Dalembert, Bogut, Barbosa over Stojakovic? Nice joke.

You're considered a foreigner just because you were born outside of USA?
Posted: Mon Mar 31, 2008 1:28 pm
ohhh, yeah, the list is of the people that WAS born out the borders of usa. Thats for example nash was born in southafrica but he is canadian. Is happening the same with people like luol Deng.
Should wally scerbiak be in that list? he was born in Madrid, spain.

13.9 points, 9.5 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.8 steals, 1.8 blocks, 50.3% FG%.
Are these stats of a scrub considering he's a 24 year old center in his 3rd year? Not really.
You'd be hard pressed to include Turiaf in that scrub category too if you're going to put Varejao there. They aren't far off as players overall.

Sam Cassell should be on that list as an alien from outer space.

What's this based on, stats? This year?
Overall, I can't say Steve Nash is a better basketball player than Manu, because Nash can't play defense, and now that the Suns' system has changed, Nash doesn't have nearly as much impact as he had in the run-and-gun offense.
Overall, I can't disagree with who's included in the top 6, but Kirilenko should be right there. The Jazz's offense has somewhat marginalized him, but he's still a very skilled player who can dominate on defense.
Biedrins is way too high. He's not a highly skilled player at all. I would take Bogut and Dalembert over him.
Nocioni is a better player than Okur, who's just too high.
Hedo is really benefiting from this year's play, isn't he?
This might be heresy, but I don't see much separating Vujacic from Stojakovic, especially since Peja doesn't play defense, back's been iffy, and he's never been as productive as he was in Sacramento when Webber went down. I'd take Sasha over Raja too.
Also, Kelenna Azubuike is a very good player, strong, athletic, with a good shot, who can play defense too. He's a victim of the numbers crunch in Golden State. Same with Francisco Garcia.
