I like Sasha, but I love Ronny... If I absolutely HAD to pick one, it would be Turiaf even though Sasha is arguably the better player

Lakers will keep both though

Sasha is more replaceable with our current roster. We need turiaf's energy off the bench more.

They're both keepers. No need to choose.

Ronny is a restricted FA while Sasha is unrestricted so Ronny is easier to keep. Then again all of this hinges on the FA market, I can easily see us lose Sasha if someone out there pays the entire MLE or more to Sasha for 5-6 years ala Derek Fisher to the Warriors several years ago. The same can be said for Ronny, if someone offers him a ridiculous amount of money, the Lakers may not want to match because our money are tied around Kobe, Gasol and Odom. Lets not forget we have to think about signing Andrew Bynum to an extension so we have to play our cards right. It is possible that we may lose some depth this summer.

LA TIMES wrote:Kupchak also said the team would like to re-sign restricted free agents Sasha Vujacic and Ronny Turiaf, although he hedged somewhat when asked if Lamar Odom would receive a contract extension this summer. Odom, 28, has one more season and $14.1 million left on his contract.

"We want to see how we perform in the playoffs, what the market is like this summer, and most important, how successful our team will be in the playoffs," Kupchak said.

Its easier to let Sasha walk if it comes down to that because Rush will be available this summer. Rush could even be cheaper than Sasha. Turiaf has a more important position on the team.

As two NBA basketball referees walked through the countryside, they noticed some tracks. First said, 'Deer tracks?' Second said 'No, bear tracks.' However, the conversation ended abruptly when a train hit them
