Not sure how much of you will find this interesting, but it was put on his website the 16th, just shows him running in the pool....looks determined... take a look. :clap: :clap:

Thanks for the link! How does that work? Just a stream of water and he "jogs" or is there a conveyor belt (like a treadmill) underwater?

He looks to have retained pretty good shape despite the lay off. He's 20 so should be able to roar back into game fitness as soon as he's cleared by the medics. I'm sure he has a lot of pent up aggression inside trying to break out so he could be a great boost at some point in the title chase.

He does not have much upper body definition. Once he develops more upper body strength he will be unstoppable.

shaq never had upper body definition... didnt seem to hold him back much
