Were taking the same path as the Houston Rockets took in the 1995 playoffs. The Rockets took on Orlando Magic 57 25 .695, San Antonio Spurs 62 20 .756, Utah Jazz 60 22 .732, and Phoenix Suns 59 23 .720. With every team in the west in the 50 win category, we have our work cut out for us. Our roadd to the final will be as follow, Devner, Utah, Spurs, and Pistons. We can do this, so lets do it.
Denver 50 32 .610
Dallas 51 31 .622
Phoenix 55 27 .671
Houston 55 27 .671
Utah 54 28 .659
San Antonio 56 26 .683
New Orleans 56 26 .683
Detroit 59 23 .720
13 years later different team, but the same path.

Pistons are overrated. I have to see them beat Boston before I believe anyone else other than the C's come out of the east. In fact, I have to see someone beat Boston 4 times this year with the defense they play.

It would be an interesting series for the fanatics.
-Rasheed can play at a superstar level and match KG's production.
-Billups > Rajon.
-Rip = Ray.
-Prince < Pierce (barely).
-McDyess > Cassel.
It's going to come down to coaching and execution (X & Os).
I'd like to see KG in the Finals, but I'd also like to see Rasheed play up to the potential I know he can live up to (MVP caliber).
Boston has the edge, but not high enough to beat Detroit easily.

Rasheed could have been as good as KG. He just isn't for whatever reason. I say it's because he is nuts. That Portland team that took the Lakers to 7, he was the main reason they lost. They needed someone to carry them and He didn't do it. Not that he couldn't have, he just didn't for whatever reason. I say the guys is just plain nutz.

I don't know Sheed can play the 5 consistantly. When we did that w/ KG is teally wore him out. I think the difference between the two is there brains. I thas nothing to do with talent level. KG consistantly give the same high level of effort. Where sheed it depends on how stoned he is before the game.LOL
I would take KG anyday of the week over sheed
