The Lakers lead the best of seven series 2 games to 0. But now the teams travel to Utah, where the Jazz were a NBA best 37-4 during the regular season. How are they so good at home?

They're LOUD

The Lakers must overcome this deafening environment to come out victorious

I hope they go in there with the same mindset that's made them win 14 out of the last 15 games. Every player on this team looks like they want to win regardless of what happens (well every player other than Radman, of course)

It would be nice if they could take out the crowd out early with somewhat of a lead and get them in scramble mode as they try to crawl back. I doubt that happens since the Jazz are an almost unbeatable force at home, but still: a) we did beat them there with half of the team on the IR list; b) we have perhaps the most motivated player in this league on our side.

That being said 2 things are due, imo:
1. a loss (sorry to be a pessimist, but if Murphy has taught us anything)
2. Radman having a monster game (hitting like 3 of those "in your face when you thought you could crawl back" 3-pointers like in that Dallas game @ Dallas or something to that effect).

If they could somehow find a way to win tomorrow, I would probably die of sheer happiness.

Go Lakers!

2-1 gives them hope, 3-0 makes them start thinking about next season. I hope the Lakers realize that.

Lakers win by 6. Close game throughout though.

This is the most important game of the series. A win for us pretty much ends their season. A loss gives them hope which we can't let them have. We gotta come out and play with energy right away like we did at the end of season in Utah without Pau. That game was a thing of beauty.

Win or go home. Id like to go home with a broom and the memory of the Jazzs swept away.

I'm going to make an effort to watch the whole game.

If the Lakers are healthy, and they should be, this game should be treated like a must-win.

They're unconscious, laying in the casket, fading fast...

Now we've got to nail their lid shut before they wake-up, and (hopefully) bury them this Sunday.

If things go as they can and should, a familiar tone might be saying, "the door's closed, the lights are out..."

Jazz by 30. Seriously...this will get ugly. It reminds me of last year when we were down 0-2 to the Spurs and blew them off the court in game 3. Same thing this series. I don't see any way LA keeps this game close. Game 4 is what worries me.

You guys have one amazing team. I expect LA to win the series in 5, with game 3 being our only victory.

There hasn't been a single team this year that beat us by 30 points, with the last blowout the Lakers endured was at the end of last year, when Boston pounded our asses in Staples in December. In fact in most of our losses this year the game could've went either way (excluding the likes of the 1st loss to NOR, both losses in SA, to Boston, the L at Utah and a couple more). On top of that your team has never led after the 1st quarter of both games and spent the entire game looking at the Lakers back. It's quite safe to say you're statement is too bold to come true. Simply settling for a W prediction won't do these days, I guess.

p.s.: granted the Jazz did beat the Lakers by their season high deficit of 24 points. On the 30th of November when they were 9-7 and nowhere near the team they are now, might I add.

cheers
