Fisher is going back to Utah on Friday, in an elimination playoffs series. Last time he went back to Utah, they booed him. Now, this is the thing:

No matter how classless and wrong it is to us, there is absolutely no point in going over there to "get back" at them. It leads to nothing but flame wars. The only result of trolling their board is Jazz trolls coming over here.

If you troll the Utah board, expect to get a warning, and expect no help from us. And Utah fans, any trolling over here will result in warnings, suspensions or bans, depending on your previous history.

Let's keep it classy and put the revenge task in Kobe's hands, guys. Your mods will most definitely appreciate it.

I'd like to add that there are people who have already said too much on their board. I'm diligently looking after those posts on the Utah board and notes have already been made. If you are worried that you might be on the list... be good -you probably are.

As a huge fanbase we, naturally, have more trolls. We also have a nasty rep for trolling that I will not stand for. I really am proud of our overall discipline and class as posters so far this playoff run, but we have alot of mods between the boards and we are not going to be tolerant of trolling.

I'm going to speak on behalf of myself and the rest of the general board crew here. Insults will not be accepted there either, so if you resort to that, expect warnings and/or suspensions. Just take the higher road.

^^I can respect that, since I don't troll the General Board neither their board, but it would be nice if you could do that both-ways. Relentless bitching over officials, calling the league fixed, Bryant and the other players all kinds of stuff, Fisher a fraud and overall downgrading our team does really not make one want to comment the game there. I have a gut feeling if things get bad for us tonight and we start losing, their fans will start throwing it in our "e-faces". Something the majority of us Laker fans have not done.

Meh, just my 2 cents.

what took so long? I've stayed away from the last 2 Lakers/Jazz game threads because I could not take the Rockets/Jazz fans flame wars anymore.

You do have a point , but my pops always tells me you hang around SH_T you smell like SH_T ......... BUT if you hang around Roses you smell like Roses ........... Get my point .

Let them say what they want to say , peps will pull things out there A55 just to flame , derail , and bait you .
Specially Utah fans , so be respectfull and have faith in your team to pull out a win in Utah , if not we still have 4 more games to prove them wrong .

I'm not losing faith and I'm being respectful, but it's only taken 2 games and people are getting called idiots for defending Fish... it's really hard to bite my toungue, even though I'm not that young anymore (23) to engage in pointless flaming (because at the end the only thing that suffers are your nerves and IQ) and have seen everything on the internet boards over the past years hehe. But you're absolutely right, all of you.

Haven't been around too much because of finals, but you're absolutely right. That Rockets/Jazz thread was pain for the mods who looking into it.

I urge any Laker fan who reads something they feel are disrespectful to report it to us instead of confronting the poster in a personal way about it. Taking the higher road always works better. Let the scoreboard do the talking
