The Celtics small ball lineup killed us in the last game... They were a very solid mix of offense and defense...

House
Allen
Pierce
Posey
KG

Had Phil countered in time I think we would have won.. But he didnt... Our starters actually outplayed theirs... It was House and Posey that killed us... If they go with this lineup again I think we should go with:

Sasha
Ariza
Kobe
Lamar
Pau

Its do or die time, so I think we need to stop going with the regular rotations, and start playing strictly strategic... On offense Kobe, Lamar, and Sasha are all capable of bringing the ball up.. On defense:

1) IMO Sasha should only be on the floor when House is in... He cannot guard Allen or Pierce... Phil likes to play Farmar when House is in the game for fullcourt defense, but Sasha can put on the full court press just as well as Jordan and he is simply a better shooter on the offensive end

2) Ray Allen is killing us... 20ppg on 52%... Kobe gets tired and beat up chasing people off screens all game... We cant have him expending all his energy like that... I say we should give Ariza extended minutes and give him the Ray Allen assignment

3) Kobe or Lamar should guard Pierce, the other can guard Posey... Kobe did a pretty good job of keeping Pierce out of the post.. I think Lamar can do a good job on him as well... Posey is just going to spot up... we cant give him open jumpers all day so whoever guards him just has to stay honest...

4) We have done a good job on KG all series... He's going to get points but he has been very inefficient in doing so



At the end of the day Pierce is going to get buckets... We dont have a legit answer for him but we have to contain Allen and KG... Fisher and Sasha on Allen is not working at all... I summon Ariza

We have their starting lineup figured out... Kobe roaming is keeping them out of the flow of their offense... but we need to stop their small ball... Anybody else have any ideas?

Also, I am SICK of seeing Phil match Luke up with Powe... LUKE CANNOT GUARD POWE.. Its two free throws everytime... Lamar or Ronny should always be on the floor when Powe is in the game
