Scalabrine has the ultimate fantasy gig. He gets to sit with the team. He gets to practice with the team. He even gets to play, occasionally, and have the fans shout for him. And he gets paid a few million dollars per year. Sweet!

In return for this great gig, he absolutely does not whine about lack of playing time.
