After being a guiding hand on the board through thick and thin, Crackjack has decided to hang them up due to obligations that require his time.

If there were retired jerseys- his would go to the rafters.

Among his many awesome contributions crackjack was the originator of the Community thread. I've always appreciated his level headed approach to moderating, his quips, and general sense of humor. With any luck he'll pop in here and there and join us.

We've had some great mods come and go on the board. I solute you all.

Thank you crack, you're retirement check is in the mail. The brotherhood you've created is one of my favorite things about the board and keeps me coming back even when the state of Laker Basketball is boring or depressing.

Man, I cant stress this enough. Crack, at one point, virtually single handedly kept this board from complete self-destruction. One of the best mods the Laker board has seen.

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication Crack. Good luck with your duties, and dont be scared to peek in for a surprise visit every now and then.

Crack was a great dude and a fantastic mod. He was the mod when I started reading these forums before I registered and has been here through the thick and thin of the Laker franchise. We have had a great generation of mods since then with Kno, tkb, E11, Phil, miles and CC but CJ is a legend.

Thanks for the community and brotherhood that you started here man. Cheers and best wishes in all your future endeavours.

He wasn't around much after I became a regular, so I don't remember much about that dude.
