This is the deal both teams should do:

Heat trade:
Shawn Marion ($17.1 mil)
2nd round Draft Pick this year

Lakers trade:
Lamar Odom ($14.6 mil)
Jordan Farmar ($1 mil)
Chris Mihm ($2.5 mil)

Heat new roster:
PG - Farmar, Banks
SG - Wade, Cook
SF - Beasely, Wright
PF - Odom, Haslem
C - Zo, Blount, Mihm

Lakers new roster:
PG - Fisher, Sasha
SG - Kobe, Sasha
SF - Marion, Vlad, Luke
PF - Gasol, Turiaf
C - Bynum, Mbenga
