"Meanwhile, as you know, rumors fly all over the place here at the Draft. One we've heard is Charlotte's Gerald Wallace and the No. 9 pick for the Lakers' Lamar Odom, whose contract expires after next season.

We'll keep an eye on it."

Charlotte Bobcats managing partner Michael Jordan confirmed to the Observer on Thursday that they were talking to the Raptors about a swap of Wallace and point guard T.J. Ford. The talks apparently hit a snag when Toronto additionally asked for a draft pick. Instead, the Raptors are moving Ford to Indiana in a trade involving forward Jermaine O'Neal.

Sounds like they really wanna get rid of Wallace for some reason. If they were willing to take Ford, I'm sure they'd love Odom, especially since he fills a void for them. I can't understand why they wanted TJ went they already have Felton. Odom can at least help Okafor down low.
