On the NBA page of ESPN (July 10th), the last link under news is "Are the Lakers talking to Artest?". Unfortunately this is not available unless you are an insider. Does anyone have insider access and can expand on this?

Also, if you click on the link there is also informatino about Bynum not cleared yet.
