Lebron and Kobe sit down and talk about each other.
-Lebron studies Kobe's moves
-Kobe is awed by Lebron's athletic dunks
-Both push each other to be better when they compete against each other
-Lebron is vocal, Kobe leads by example
-Lebron defends Kobe against misconceptions about his personality
-Lebron makes fun of how Kobe wears his pants and impersonates Phil Jackson
-Kobe gives props for Lebron's wisdom beyond his years
They clearly respect each other and have a good feel for what each is about. Interesting to see the dynamics between these characters, the personalities captured on film. Kobe is laid-back but loves to drop sarcasm. Lebron is the life of the party, the class clown. Wade and Melo are like his sidekicks. Together, they're the three amigos. Bosh is a solo comedian. Prince is shy. Redd is by-the-book, a class act. Paul, Deron, and Kidd are hard reads. Boozer seems boring. Howard's reputation as a funny, outspoken guy doesn't come through on the Road to Redemption videos.
Here's another video that displays Kobe's leadership (from halfway point on):
