With teams unvieling new jerseys....do yall think the Lakers should upgrade their jerseys?

I dont have a problem with our Jerseys. But I admit the retro jerseys the team wore this past season were great. I would support if they design something thats inbetween those retro jerseys and the jerseys we have now.

I love the white home uniforms. I like the regular ones. I do not want to go back to the 1980's uniforms, those are out date. We are good in the uniform area. It matters who we put in the uniforms.

The uniforms from the days in the Minnesota days were pretty cool. The light blue ones. But once a year for those would be enough.

Golden home will always stay. No re-design. I dont want the Lakers to be wearing one of those WNBA-like new jerseys.

The simple V-neck jerseys Lakers have now are amazing. No need for a redesign.

i too think the white is sharp...i dont necessarily think a redesign is in order, put an update,or "refinement", if classy,and holding true to tradition comes along than im fine with that...

then again, based on current fashion, we may best be served to leave them alone...

you know those teams that just changed the unis will probably change them again in the next 6-7 years.

I love the Sunday (home) whites...and I loved the photoshopped black....I think we should have the Sunday (away) black to go along. I still have the black (from Kobe's Slam Cover) shorts. The purple strip on the side of black shorts is pretty sweet!

A black road alternate wouldn't hurt.

Other than the shorts seeming like g-strings by today's standards, the retro jerseys are still the best. So classic, so simple. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

That said, the newer version is similar enough that there isn't a huge amount of difference. Originals are an A+, the current is an A-. I do really like the Sunday whites, mainly because we wear them so sparingly. A black version, in my opinion, would be hideous. That's been so played out over the years.

The NBA put a rule in place so that no team can wear black other than those that already had black jerseys. That's a pretty stupid rule IMO. For road alternates we should have jerseys the same color as the old Minneapolis Lakers ones.
